Well I’d recommend a 580. I have had all 3 models and the only one that hasn’t given me any issues is the single shot! It’s a dandy lil rifle that shoots extremely well if you can hold the lightweight thing!

Why are the triggers all the way back against the trigger guard on all 581 and 582’s? That has always been an issue with my 582.

I had a 788 like that once. The oil in the trigger has turned to varnish so the trigger was sticking in the fired position. If it was cocked and you took it off safety the firing pin would drop.
