Edwin H. Risley is the lawyer who had been with Arthur since the beginning. He's not listed as a director on letterheads from 1899. Another article from a Utica paper with more detail.

interesting that B.C. is mentioned , but not a lot of 1895 have shown up here as far as i know. a good number of early 1899s have mostly 303, but i am finding more 30-30s and 38-55s.

I was born and grew up in Utica. TR Proctor was a very famous and instrumental citizen in early Utica. There are parks and a high school named after him.

Wonder if a sizable shipment of rifles to Baker-Hamilton in 1897 could be identified in the log books? You might have to search a year and a half's production to find them.

A lot of guns went to Baker-Hamilton from what I've seen, I don't know if you'd find one big shipment or just a bunch of smaller ones.
