Apparently this wasn't Scotty's first 'rodeo', ... it damn sure was his last, though... Dec, 2020: https://ktul.com/news/local/man-arrested-after-attempted-burglaryTULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Tulsa police said a suspected burglary suspect is now in jail.
Police said an officer was on patrol when they noticed Scotty Jay Villines behind a business near 71st and Memorial.
Villines was dressed in dark clothing standing near the southeast corner of the business with a duffel bag.
The officer approached Villines to ask him what he was doing, at which point, Villines, told officers his car broke down and he was on his way to work in Claremore. Then the officer searched Villines' record and found that he had a felony warrant for his arrest in Tulsa County.
Police searched Villines bag and found bolt cutters, battery-powered saws, and wire cutters and say they think he was about to commit a burglary.
