They are ME ME’s it all about me and what can I get for me. IMO Cinderella as a child has gotten the majority of them growing up thinking they will be swept off their feet and not have to work at a relationship to make it work.

There are good girls out there, but you sure have to weed through a mountain of mental illness to find them. Both my boys have done well with the women, and they sort of look like me, so there’s hope if you play your cards right.

They showed me those dating apps and I formed a theory that guys probably outnumber girls on there at least 2:1. I think the girls just go on there for instant validation with not a lot of intent on meeting guys.

Maybe the more involved dating sites are more evenly matched or have women that are actually looking.

I keep telling those boys to flirt up the nurses when they have to get a medical clearance before booking. Ask them for something for the perp to make you seem real nice, and then chat them up when they bring the guy his sandwich.

My wife is 64, I'm 68 & both retired. We met on Our Time in 2017. I was widowed for two years and she was divorced from an abusive loud mouthed drunk for 9 years. We are in love, make each other laugh....a lot, go out for date night every Wednesday, & Sunday dinner at the local hotel. We enjoy our secluded house on the mountain. I'm a 6' string bean and she's a 5' 130 lb. little hottie who is a good shot with the revolver that I bought her & taught her to use. Our life plan is to live happily together forever.

It's easy to look in the wrong places. I recall a number of cute and attractive (physically and emotionally) girls in my church groups and social gatherings that were good honest women in the making. I screwed that all up and got one a bit less than that. But she is honest, hard working watches the money. I got lucky in that department. There just isn't much love because I apparently didn't measure up but she took me anyway. I'm the one who screwed that up. Picking a partner is difficult at best. I envy you guys who got it right.

I guess patience is the answer to what young men (and women) need and be careful where they spread their seed and puzzy. But, patience is not a virtue for the young.

Its fairly well documented these days that women would rather share a 'high value' man than have exclusive access to a medium value man. As someone else stated, the amount of sex women are having is holding relatively constant, but the amount men are having is constantly falling. There are no moral norms controlling what young women are willing to do anymore, they often dont value monogamy. I feel for your young coworkers, Id suggest they start listening to podcasts that help explain the current dating system like "fresh and fit" or Rollo Tommassi, or reading books like The Rational Male. Once they understand what is going on, they can start playing the game in a way that will get them better success. Also young men arent raised to be masculine and assertive anymore, especially when dealing with women, women will give men the respect they demand, but they will also walk all over a man who lets them...

On thing that works in men’s favor is time. A man can build on what he has over time. Wealth, maturity, even physical prowess. But, a woman loses a bit every 28 days and the 30th birthday looms big. Even the doctors consider pregnancies in the 30s as “geriatric”.

As I say to young men that have not had a date in years, "If I looked like you, I would have a date in 5 minutes."

this, they are your one-night stands. In another category, when I was in my twenties I messed around with lots of women that were in their thirties and forties. The good thing about that was they usually paid for everything when we went out. Most of them were single but there were a couple who were married.

Tell them young fellers to mention to the women that they men they desire are themselves looking for a woman who is a 10 in every regard. And sadly, you don't measure up.

I did the same thing. I tell these guys, women in their 30s and 40s are a goldmine when it comes to learning how to be good in bed. BUT, don’t catch feelings because most have some baggage (kids/trauma) or flawed character (cheaters). Build your career, buy property, set up your finances, and then marry a younger woman…with a prenup.

I would add, be very very careful with whom you ultimately tie the knot. The perfect ass, boobs, and face aren't all that. Trust me. The baggage that comes along with having their ass kissed all their life is heavy. BTDT.
