I used to think as a 6 7 yr old kid crossing into New Hampshire from Maine was like Columbus schit...
Some people I grew up with and relatives up their think if ya step outside of Penobscot County or even go to Bangor you fall into the abyss.
🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🥴🥴🥴😄😄😄 The only east coast state I’ve been to is Virginia. Maine is the only other one in the NE I’d even consider visiting. And as for the rest of them, you couldn’t pay me enough to go to NY. Or even Hawaii, either. I’ve seen every state I’ve wanted to see except for Alaska.

I’ve set foot in all except Hawaii, some I liked better than others, but I’m sure I haven’t seen the best parts of many of them.

I've roamed the rest of them fairly extensively and lived for a while in California and New York before starting elementary school. Looking at that list, I can't think of a good reason to go see any of them at this point.
In fact, if it wasn't for visiting family, I don't really care to travel more than a 50 mile radius from right where I am.

For me is the east mostly.
Maine, Mass, NY, Vermont, Rhode Island, Virgina, West Virgina, Both Carolina’s, New Jersey, PA, Ohio, Connecticut.
But also Alaska and Hawaii, New Mexico
