I have a great rifle in 7mm STW that needs a new home. Trued Remington 700 action in an HS Precision green spider web on black stock w/palm swell, Shilen Select Match barrel in medium weight varmint contour, 25" length. Threaded muzzle with brake, 20 MOA scope rail, detachable box mag and everything in cerakote black, includes one CIP length AICS magazine. She's been babied and is in pristine condition. Also very much a shooter and has about 300 rounds through her. The only reason I'm selling is that I have two and this one spends a lot of time in the safe. I know someone needs a great hunting rig. $1300 shipped to your FFL

I don't know why this is still here for sale. Looks like a very good deal on a great big game rifle. I already have one or I would be a buyer. Ammo and or brass is hard to find and might be the hold back, but this is a great deal on a flat shooting big game rifle IMHO.

Agreed! Nothing wrong with a good shooting 7 STW at a really fair price. I love mine! If brass is the hang up, I have new Rem 8mm Mag brass I’ll make the rifle buyer a deal on if they’re interested and if it’ll lean em towards buying the rifle. I think I saw 1x fired 7 STW brass at a local gun shop near here also.

A hearty 7STW bump up!

I can't figure out why this rifle hasn't sold. Looks to be a steal to me. I am too new to post a private message as yet but was wondering what powder and bullet you have found to shoot best in your rifle if it is not against some rule to advise. I have only shot HSM Berger 168 grn HPBT in my Rem 700 and would like to start reloading for it soon.

Crazy nice rifle. Mount a scope and ho kill sch it!

You can also make brass out of 300 Win mag which is sooo available.

Bump!

I think the 300 Win Mag brass is too short.8mm Rem Mag was the original brass used. You could probably fire form 300 Weatherby Magnum or 300 H&H,but I'd look for 7STW brass before I'd do any of the above.I have one and that thing is really fast.I was able to get over 3400fps with 140-150gr bullets.Settled with 160gr Accubonds at 3200fps which was way plenty for me.As for the OP,great price on the rifle.

As Bob Hagel would say"You should not use a rifle that will kill an animal when everything goes right; you should use one that will do the job when everything goes wrong."Good words of wisdom...............
