My brother-in-law loves to bird hunt. The last few years he has made some out of state hunts.
Last year he, and two of my boys went to Wisconsin for ruffed grouse, Nebraska for sharptails, and then after Christmas we we went to Kansas for quail and pheasant.
I usually try to go to Kansas every year rabbit hunting.
This year he decided to go to Montana for sharptails because this coincided with my two youngest boys fall break. He took all four boys.
They arrived around Baker, Montana yesterday morning and set up camp and have already got into some sharptails killing four.
My youngest, who is 13, got his first sharptail today with his little CZ Bobwhite 20.
I’m absolutely thrilled for him as he is looking at a bone marrow transplant the first of the year.
I have really enjoyed the pictures they have sent.
You Montana guys live in some beautiful country.
