She was unfaithful, PERIOD! She did it once, she'll do it again. She said she wants to move back in and continue on with her life.?.?.?.?.?. Are you crazy???? Don't let her move back? She left willingly, if she moves back in you'll have to throw her out.
Call all the best attorneys you can find and talk to them, then she can't use them. Hire a great attorney and send her packing. It's already over in her heart and mind so what are you chasing?

She wants to keep doing what she is doing under your roof. I don’t hear remorse or “I am sorry”.

I went through a similar thing. Seven years I put up with that crap and we divorced after 20 years of marriage. Finalized in January.

You are a good man for thinking of giving her another chance. All that does is afford her the time and place of her choosing.

Cut her loose.

If your kids are grown and out of the house then I’d tell her to pound sand. If you were younger and had the kids to raise I’d try to work it out. Life is too short to waste it on people who don’t really care about us. I’d move on and go meet some other ladies. Or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

Tempting, and perhaps even morally justified, but no sense in throwing your life away over a sl*t.

Also to add.
You should be prepared to deal with a totally different person than who you married. This new woman will be the most spiteful, vindictive, lying and hateful person to ever cross your path and there is nothing she won't do to hurt you or get what she wants. This phase will start once she realizes she wants what you have and that'll be the moment she gets divorce papers or you don't bow to her demands.

Been there, as many here obviously have. What once was, is never more.

Buck, this is very fresh for me. About 9 months since divorce was finalized. I had little kids, tried to save it for seven years. Hid it for her from family/friends, because I thought that if people knew, it would just be harder to fix.

There is no fixing it when a woman gets to this point. Be done, buddy. It sucks, but it will get better.
