Up for sale is one gun I never thought I would sale. JM stamped Marlin 308 Marlin express. Has beautiful wood with great figure in the stock and forend. Excellent shape. Not been shot much but does shoot lights out with the factory Hornady ammo which is all I ever shot from it. I have about 200 rounds of factory ammo available to the buyer if interested. Really is a tack driver. Just too nice for me to hunt with and I don’t have access anymore to my hunting grounds in Kentucky. Here in Ohio we can’t use necked down cases. $1425 shipped to your ffl from an individual. Add $25 if it has to ship from a dealer. Hopefully this link works for the pics in the gallery. If not I can text or email pics to anyone interested. https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/galleries/17470882#Post17470882

Spook1 sir, I'm not trying to highjack your post in any way. Really don't care if I sell my rifle or not. I have a 1998 39AS JM in matching cardboard box. It's rubber buttpad & wood match this rifle like it gave birth. To the potential buyer my rifle isn't for sale till Spook1 sells his. Good luck sir, beautiful rifle you have

No worries at all bladerimfire. I am a fan of the lever guns. Just trying to thin down to the ones I actually use.

Wish I hadn’t seen this ad, just picked up a 338mx. Everyone knows you gotta have a 308mx to match it lol. Sadly I can’t buy it unless I also wanna hire a divorce lawyer.

Your wife wouldn’t care if you bought it lol.
I will throw in a set of Hornady dies and 50 pieces of brass for $25 to the buyer of the rifle. Also have factory ammo available.

These are awesome rifles, mine will probably be one of the last of my Marlin collection to sell off, and I have a [bleep] load of Marlins. I dread the day. Sorry you have to let it go, it's gotta hurt. Maybe you can trade into a Marlin 336 in 38-55 to hunt there, you wont be disappointed. Just an idea, good luck with your sale, somebody will be very happy getting it.

Somebody needs a nice rifle. Still for sale. You won’t find one with much nicer wood and won’t find one that shoots as good.

Free bump for an awesome rifle. Also a ?: why doesn't Ohio allow necked down cartridges?

They just allow straight walled cases. Glad to have that. Forever it was shotgun only
