Does anybody know (actual experience preferred) if an RCBS Rock Chucker 2 and an RCBS JR 2 have the same foot print for mounting? I recently acquired a JR 2 and am not sure if I like it or not. I had Rock Chuckers in the past and may have to get an older used one.
I specifically and wondering about if the Rock Chucker will bolt right where my JR2 is. The mounting hole spacing and distance fore and aft to the bench.

The RC's are a flush mount--meaning you can mount right to the edge of a cabinet top and the ram leverage system will not interfere with the side of the cabinet.
The JR need to stick out a bit because the levers protrude to the back of the press when the ram is brought up.
As far as the footprint on the countertop there's not much difference.

Well I received the 1970's vintage RC2 and can definitely say the footprints are different. No need to fill the JR2 footprints holes with dowels as they are not even close to being the same or interfering with the RC2's mounting holes.
