Two cans of these and a hunk of Colby/Monterrey jack cheese.

These King Oscar macks are f-cking good.

Those are pretty good, but you need some good
crackers to soak up the juice and not waste it

Here in the hood, there's usually a decent selection
of off the wall stuff. The mex grocery stores have
the oval can sardines in tomato sauce that's pretty
decent, but they're a double sized portion.

I like them plain in oil. I like sardines also. Don't spill them in your truck !!! A good joke is to put an empty can under a buddies truck seat.

I prefer Beach Cliff sardines in mustard sauce, “Product of Chernobyl” (Poland 🙂), still only $.98 per at HEB.

Couple of tins a week takes care of various mineral and amino acid requirements.
