Two cans of these and a hunk of Colby/Monterrey jack cheese. These King Oscar macks are f-cking good. Those are pretty good, but you need some good crackers to soak up the juice and not waste it Beach Cliffs are fairly decent too

Mediterranean sounds good too. Here in the hood, there's usually a decent selection of off the wall stuff. The mex grocery stores have the oval can sardines in tomato sauce that's pretty decent, but they're a double sized portion.

I prefer Beach Cliff sardines in mustard sauce, “Product of Chernobyl” (Poland 🙂), still only $.98 per at HEB.
Couple of tins a week takes care of various mineral and amino acid requirements.
