My nephew with a deer during youth season; hard to believe that was 3 seasons ago, he looks like a man now. The other was one of my bucks, he made it over the fence (of course) but was done. On a serious note: yes, I do. I have kinda quit grinding burger though as it is a pain to wash all the grinder parts and pieces, and it is something like 50 cents a pound to have it done. Steaks though I almost always process them myself.
