Beef & rice stew. Usually use wild rice but am out at the moment. Used Lundberg wild blend instead. It doesn't suck. Yeah man !! Decided to do 1, last night. Ginger, sesame oil, soy & a touch of honey, marinated pork tenderloin + veges on hand. Also sesame oil for the flash fry. Turned out great ! OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's one of my favorite stews. Really simple. Beef, (wild) rice, mushrooms, pearl onions,.garlic, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, a pinch of rosemary leaves. Cooked in beef stock.
