The major creek on the north border of it is the same creek that runs out of Lafayette, one of the places me and slumlord arrowhead hunt.

Gotta be some pools of water in that still.

And the wildlife has to be drawn to it in that area.

Just hit the hardwood bottoms drainage on the west side of 9A.
dry as a brick.
All the little flowages thru here are bone dry.
This was the only area I thought water might be in 9A.
We ain't had schit for rain for about 2 plus months .
Beginning to worry about possible EHD with the deer being concentrated around available water sources now.
Me and slumlord have talked about it recently.
We had conditions like this in 07 08 and EHD was pretty fuuuking bad in many counties across the state.
