Saturday October 8th. We were in Winnipeg, that weekend, but I hunted last weekend.
Saw animals, but didn't pull the trigger.

I hit it with chicken stock instead of pasta water. Penne with Sausage and Broccoli Rabe is the dish. Can’t stop eating it. Started with 1/2 of what I made then filled two more plates to clean up the skillet.
