Wondering about the difficulty of removing this brake russian photo sharing

Most Muzzlebrakes are threaded and easily removable unless someone messed with it. Worst case scenario you can just cut it off and recrown the barrel. What cartridge is it?

It’s a 300. Ya I think I’d only lose about 5/8” if it were cut off.
