There's a few companies that have them now. Sometimes price and hazmat will piss you off though.

Target sports USA had some Federal SPP, little over 100 bucks a thousand. Primers are out there, but damned pricey.

i was mad as hell when a guy at the fleamarket said he wanted 100.00 for 5000 federal primers a few weeks ago. 20.00 a 1000 bout killed me.

I've got thousands of once fired primers in a bucket I'd let go for half of that if you're interested.
