Fugging city people. It wasnt a "feral dog" it was a 6 month old pup that had been newly dumped off. Dumping a dog off into the woods doesnt magically turn it into a deer killing feral animal. My dog was a 6 month old pup dumped off in the mountains when he found me deer hunting. By no stretch of the imagination was he a feral dog. He was just a scared pup that got shafted by some [bleep].

Seems like a likely mistake but I bet she will never misidentify a wolf again. Kudos for a woman who hunts though.
Just think of all the stories we hear every year about someone getting shot by being mistaken for a deer or elk. That kind of misidentification is ridiculous.
Hope she comes out on top and a better hunter for it!
