I use bismuth in my model 12's and 21's and in Parker's.

I went to bismuth for my Remington Model 32. No problems, and it swats pheasants hard. Regards, Guy

You can't use lead on pheasants?

In recent years I have mostly used Kent bismuth ammo, which works very well.
You can also handload bismuth shot--if you can find any.

Ballistic Products is showing most Bismuth shot sizes to be in stock. Ungodly expensive though - makes me glad I'm not out goose hunting every weekend anymore.

I loaded my own steel for years and got a better shell for les money. When I went to bismuth it was cheaper delivered to my house than I could load it.

Bismuth from boss shotshells and never look back. Limited experience with the Boss Bismuth, but from the little I've used it, I've been impressed. True test will be in SD later this month. Planning on using Boss bismuth in both my 16 and 20.
I never thought I'd grow up to be a grumpy old man, but I did, and I'm killin' it.

I have had 2 3" duck models where some previous owner cleaned up the barrel chamber making it larger than the chamber extension ring causing the shell head to expand larger than the chamber ring. Doesn't happen to just duck models either I have a 2 3/4" field gun with the same problem so I only used loads made in low brass hulls. The Kent bismuth loads are superb..mb
