It's usually a side effect of bicycle riding and gay sex. I gave up bicycling. Lol. Don't believe it. It's a lifestyle choice, not a hobby. I need to switch my avatar to something more appropriate now.

Soak in kerosene about 5 minutes a day! If that doesn't kill the fungus, maybe it'll kill you! I know a guy that worked with a fantastic mechanic and machinist and for 20 years after a long day and greasy hands he’d give them a quick dip in the parts cleaner tank to get the bulk of the grease before washing them. He was diagnosed with a type of liver cancer that was typical of long term exposure to certain chemicals…..the same chemicals as found in the parts cleaner tank. He passed from the cancer.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that Paul should find a parts cleaner tank and some strong parts cleaning chemicals and soak both feet for 5 minutes a day until the fungus is gone and then once a day every day 4x a week as PREP (PReExposure Prophylaxis)prevention against recurrence. 😉

Had an employee I caught using MEK to remove paint overspray off of his face/neck/hands everyday when he came from out of the paint booth.
Told him if I saw it again I would fire him, he said been doing this for years.

Get yer podiatrist to take a little off the side. Looks like you are developing a hangnail. My big toe used to do that and crack in the middle. Nail bed was too wide and the sides of my toe were forcing the nail upwards and causing a hangnail in one side. Got the hangnail removed and that fixed it. Now it’s flat again as it should be and doesn’t get infected anymore.
