Election results were 99% here this morning yet CA, AZ, and OR are all still under 70%.

It's mid afternoon now with races for Governor and propositions still too close to call

Are these states elections ran by incompetents?

WA registered voters: 4, 759, 189 ( https://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/voters/ )

OR registered voters: 3, 003,625 ( https://sos.oregon.gov/elections/Documents/registration/2022-november.pdf )

CA registered voters: 21, 885,545 ( https://elections.cdn.sos.ca.gov/ror/60day-general-2022/historical-reg-stats.pdf )

In addition, Idaho doesn't have to wait until the Dems generate all those fake mail-in ballots.

They are all geared up for the ballots they process. They should all finish at the same time.

Your first sentence is likely the most appropriate one.

Beware though, as within not too many years the liberalness in Boise and even up in Moscow, is likely to spread further and further.

LA County may have 5 times the resources, but likely not as I mentioned in the post above. Just because it's a bigger govt doesn't mean it's as efficient. The county is likely too busy dealing with lawsuits against the police, lawsuits for not having enough cheap housing, lawsuits for not having enough services for the "unhoused", and lawsuits trying to overturn the last round of lawsuits.

Look at it this way. Boise has freeways and traffic. LA county has traffic and likely 5x as many freeway lanes than Boise. Which valley would you prefer to drive across?

Boise basically has one freeway Interstate 84 that runs from Portland east, into Utah and beyond, there is a Y off that to downtown Boise less than 5 miles long.
Chances are LA County has 50 times or more the freeway miles as Ada county.
On another note, Idaho only had one county vote Dem this gubernatorial election, Blane Co. where Sun Valley is

Maybe la county should look into hiring different people to count the ballots so the lawsuit dealing people don't have to split their time between both jobs.
