Happy as can be working for pennies. She lived to be 102 burying three of five children in the process. Hard as nails...

My buddy smacked water in the dark this morning going in deer hunting by his flows
Had 1 bar for signal


Caught a momentary look at a buck about 80 yds out in the tall swale grass and brush around the flow.
Long nose , eye ball, ear, and a tine about 8" long.
Didnt see him again.
All types of fresh scrapes and rubs in the area since monday.
Go back in this area when it opens back up if needed

Gonna hunt 44A saturday and sunday then 21 on monday for the plan right now.


Bucky beaver didnt know what to make of me at 1st during daylight.
Cruising within 12 15 ft of me at times.
Then he started going getting green saplings on opposite bank and bringing em in his lodge to eat.
Could he him rapid fire knawing.
He did that about 4 times.
Then I geuss he got used to me and just started eating in shallows about 25 ft away.
Went on for about 2 hrs this morning then he hit the sack in the lodge.

This was kinda funny.
Monday I found a dead 6 pt skull probably 20ft away from my stand spot.
I just chucked it in Bucky,s pond and it sunk.
You can see a little of it in the up left corner of last pic and in the 1st pic.
About the 3rd time the beaver went into his lodge via his dive rountine the Skull came bobbing up caught in branches of his lodge.
Dumb beaver must have found that skull in the bottom of his pond and tried to bring it in his lodge for some strange reason.
Wall mount???🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️🥴🥴😄😄😄
Probably got hung up on branches underwater and sprung loose still stuck on a branch above water now.
