Here is proof coyotes attack bigger deer, not just fawns.

I consider it my duty to shoot coyotes.

I'll change hunting priorities in a heartbeat if I see a dog. During gun season last year I smoked one. When that 450 barked my neighbor texted me how big a deer I shot. Told him a dog and he said to keep shooting.

I killed two coyotes last Saturday on our muzzleloader opener and a 3rd got by me. No matter what I’m hunting, if I see a coyote then I’m coyote hunting.
When I die I hope I don't start voting democrat.

Ouch!
My father sat on a bluff once and photographed wolves taking down a big bull moose and eating it, BRUTAL!
That is exactly why I arm myself when I bow hunt in Grizz country, being eaten alive by a bear, is unimaginable to me!
I want to die in my sleep having a sex dream lol

Was that deer potentially sick or wounded beforehand? Just asking. IDK.

I always heard more bucks are killed by lions, coyotes and wolves because they stay and try to fight vs fleeing.

I’ve seen a buck rip open the side of another buck fighting, but the rut has not started in that area. Gringo, thanks for sharing those photos. Very informative.
