I am looking at purchasing some aftermarket Glock 9mm magazines for both G17 and G19 size frames. These would be for range use. Which brands do you recommend?

I have ETS and Magpul. Both work well.

Magpul work well for me. I have yet to have one fail.

The question isn't who is going to let me; it's who is going to stop me.

I've put a lot of rounds through the Magpuls and have not had single problem.

As cheap as Glock mags are, Magpul for super cheap IDPA type mag drops. IMO. The Korean mags are hit or miss and not worth sorting through.

Yep.
They work in mine.

I’ve actually have had one that didn’t
feed my G20. All others, stock and aftermarket have worked well. And they are available everywhere.
For the price they work.

I guess if you just want mags for the range, so you don't wear out your real Glock mags, Magpuls would be the way to do. No way I'd carry one, though.
