My buddy picked up his FCR yesterday and we met at the range to try it out.

All I can say is WOW!!. We are literally leaving for our Mule deer hunt in less than 10 days, and within 15 shots (copper creek ELDX ammo), he has every bullet touching at 200 yards. I'm talking clover leafs. my buddy shoots less than a box of shells a year. he is not exactly a great shooter.
I have been shooting regularly for a month and a half and he is way out shooting me in 15 shots.
I am so impressed I might sell off a bunch and have Eddie build me a .308 the same way
took over a year to get the rifle

I bet you guys are getting excited for your trip? If you’re serious about perhaps having a rifle put together? I would order your McMillan stock ASAP, barrel on black friday(I got a rock barrel very inexpensive this way).

I’ve had the same luck with 2 rifles from Shaen.
They took less than a month.
Not knocking Fosnaugh, but there are options out there without the crazy wait.

If one is wishing to build one these days, tis best to have parts in hand before starting the clock on the fella putting it together.
