If I were writing a political corruption thriller, I'd have had an expendable dupe to hang the goods on, in hopes of the persecution/prosecution ending once my dupe was cut down from the gallows.
ALL this goes so far beyond BCF and we know them to be at the root, but they are as yet untouchable.
