Today
Patchy blowing snow. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 20. Wind chill values between -5 and -15. Breezy, with a west wind 20 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph.





Another day in paradise.

Balmy 35 degrees here in N TX. 15 mph Northerly Wind. About as high as the Temp is supposed to get.
Weatherman says we could see some “flurries” tomorrow. 🤪

We have a few leaves beginning to turn, grass still green and growing.

Wish whitetails weren’t such ass holes.

This would be ideal butt smoking weather.


Now….If I was a corn feedin tittie baby- I’d already be tagged out and could lay some pork on the hickory.

Couple of half butts going on the egg Tuesday for our Wednesday afternoon T dinner.
Wednesday is clean up crap[basically end of month] at work day for the bookkeeper[which happens to be me].
It was the same last year, I had faith that the wife could keep the egg steady for a few hours.....WRONG
So I'll cook em Tuesday afternoon/evening

I think the tomatoes are toast.

Winter hasn't gotten here and I don't think it ever will. But then, I spent 50 years in North Dakota.

We've gotten 16" of snow in the last 3 days with more on the way. Funny enough, we were in the mid-upper 70's a week ago.
