Walmart has a monopoly on weirdos???
Bastards are everywhere… A few weeks ago I was watching that new show “On Patrol” live… I think they were in Ohio and were responding to a call about a woman with a hatchet that was dressed in panties and bra and was trying to break into occupied houses…the responding unit came across this person walking down the sidewalk wearing panties, sports bra, crocks, wig and carrying a small sign on a stick… turned out it was a guy…who had been knocking on doors trying to find a lighter…cops let him go because he wasn’t breaking any laws… weirdos are EVERYWHERE…

I buy all my groceries at Big Lots. The 5 pound bag of dehydrated hot chocolate marshmallows are a little crunchy but make a nice snack.

Yeah, spread it out 1 or 2 deep so it takes more horizontal space. Over the last year and a half wallyworld been remodeling their stores by ripping out all the vinyl flooring tile, sanding the concrete, putting on a clear coat. Claiming less floor maintenance to lower costs to customers. Rearranged all the isles and where things are in the store. Lot of things I bought there I can't find anymore because they were dropped or shortages. Only improvement I can see is new freezer display cases that are doored energy saver types. Price is still the best around compared to the local fug grocery stores. I buy as much bulk non spoil items at Sam's for the best buys. At Sam's they don't have near the native, black, or illegals traffic going thru the checkout with 3 debit cards, ebt s h I t etc. To deal with.

In addition to a 30% or more increase in prices ... a lot of goods, packaging, volume has gotten smaller.

So we're actually paying more for less.

It appears to-be dry goods more than anything. Liquid and wet goods, they're having a more difficult time pulling-off the sham scam.

There's a name for it but I forget what it is ... shrinkflation maybe? Deceptive food packaging. Retail camouflage. They're sneaky about it ... their intent is to sneak it past the consumer.

When Wally World went to online ordering and "curbside delivery" they widened their aisles to accommodate the big push carts the order pickers use. That ended up with fewer aisles and more dead space between them. The inventory selection got radically reduced and the prices skyrocketed at the same time. All because people got too lazy to push a shopping cart for themselves. The wider aisles were needed so the 400 pound ni g g a potamus with a fistful of EBT cards on the electric shopping buggy could get around the order pickers' cart.

That schitt has been going on for decades though. How old do you have to be to remember ice cream used to come by the 1/2 gallon, rather than 1.66 quarts.

On the flip side, DG stocks Campbell's condensed tomato soup in a short stubby can which is actually about 1.5 X traditional.
