Pretty envious of you guys that get to hunt in Non-Snow conditions with no snow!
A few times this time of year where I hunt is was 20 below with 4' of #+&!? snow!

A few times this time of year where I hunt is was 20 below with 4' of #+&!? snow! I welcome snow dude. Grew up hunting WTD in tracking snow in Maine. 2 out of 3 8pts I shot as a teenager were in tracking snow. 4th one in 2000 when I was a detailed slave recruiter up their. 10 pt 155 score with 1 7/8th " total dedeuctions, 1st snow of the year 4 inches overnight. Perfect.... Won't mount another till I beat it. And TN is getting them the last 4 to 6 yrs since they dropped the limit to 2. Age progression is finally happening here. Them Beniot cats from vermont..... NGAF about them or their books up their. They are looked at as joke out of staters... Hunting in tracking snow and knowing your schit is common up their.

Noticed today
diesel fuel was $2 more a gallon than reg gasoline Weird things going on with heating fuel. Supposed to be a diesel shortage, HO is just diesel with the sulphur still in. But it dropped a bunch Thursday at 5, market close. Even mo re Friday afternoon. 20 cent per gallon retail, way more wholesale. I'm hearing that if it stabilizes, or drops more, the retail may drop by a dollar or more by midweek. $5.499 now. $4.50 is still nuts, but a welcome reprieve considering 100gl minimum delivery.

When you buy Sandvic/Kennametal inserts buy the bucket load and need top flight endmills, drills, Cat 40 THs and such MSC is far from you prime supplier. We have an account and spend thousands there but most of our tooling comes from better places.
