I was a kid, in school. Teacher was called out of the room ... came back-in crying.
We were let out of school ... I walked home a couple of miles, as usual, with my little sister in-tow.
Didn't get it explained to-me, by Mom, until then. Realized it was a big deal but ... got over it pretty quickly. Was more focused on having more time to play football before it got dark.
