Oh ok… instead of just saying TN has a land use agreement with the COE here in regards to hunting as an adult would do, you start acting like a 12 year old talkin crap….

You made no mention of where, what species might be hunted, or if there was extenuating circumstance such as a use agreement with another agency. If you could, for my enlightenment, please refer me to which part of Title 36 states that "COE land is shotgun or bow only". I can't seem to find it. I can find this but no mention of the restrictions you stated https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-36/chapter-III/part-327/section-327.13And this which was noted in the previously noted 327.13 https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-36/chapter-III/part-327/section-327.8And then this which was noted in 327.8 https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-36/chapter-III/part-327/section-327.26I can find no section regarding COE lands in the appropriate sections that state "COE land is shotgun or bow only". If it's there, somewhere, I'd sure like to see it so I don't get in trouble somewhere.

If TN did this as u say- TN has reciprocal land use agreements with fed properties for hunting and they all match the state seasons and regs.
Then that may supersede Title 36, however, if the land is managed by the COE then my statement stands and the only butt hurt one is you… I’m not aware of all State land use agreements, however I know Title 36 very well … 😉 COE does not manage chit, they take our tax dollars to play their own games.

You are aware that COE land is shotgun or bow only, right? Don’t know where you’re from, but rifle is legal on the COE property I hunt in Tennessee. Wow, I had no idea Tennessee was not required to follow title 36 Code of Federal Regulations… Sure. LMAO.. Yeah, I don't think renegade has spent much time on federal land, he's gonna be shocked when he finds out. It is not "federal land" it is our land!

Speaking of rut activity, it's ramping up here too. The boys are starting to run with the girls now. This fella came by from the bottom land pastures this morning, right near our fence until my dog busted out the dog door and started barking at him. I was busy getting the good camera. ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/d3myBrdv/DSC-1138.jpg) He was followed shortly by about a half dozen does and a couple of smaller bucks including a tall fork horn. More money in out of state types and not some resident that can get it done on their own. Not to mention owning them state income tax every year. Became a TN resident year 7. Ain't looked back since. I imagine in many states it is the same story with residents drawing a tag to hunt versus out of state types and all the Benjamin's associated with that from license to guide to food and lodging ect ect ect. I guess even mule deer in Colorado has a tag draw now ??. In 86 I stopped in some store outside of Manitou Springs and bought my license as mil resident personal and went out hunting behind the air force academy in pikes peak NF. Shot a young 4x4 mule deer with a 25 inch spread. Tag draw for residents... SMH....
