Yep exactly right.

Not agreeing with the agenda for overturning our cultural norms isn’t the same as condemning individual people to hell.

Thanks be to God that there is grace to cover all sin.

Of course one has to recognize sin as sin to accept that formula, but to many that’s “mean”.

There are an awful lotta ignorant boomers who can’t or won’t get a clue as to the broader agenda of these movements and want to stick to the old libertarian world view of “whatever you want to do in your bedroom is fine by me”.

And so they condemn anyone who would point out what’s going on as they site “authorities” who are a part of the cabal to collapse western civilization in on itself.

Make a stand or take a seat so someone else can stand in your place. Either way, it's the ones making the stand that will get the job done.

Are queers killing queers acceptable in the same why blacks are ok with blacks killing other blacks?

The thing I find so amusing is that the atheists on here want to tell us how we're supposed to love the sinner, even though they don't believe in the written word of God. Yet, they always forget to mention the "hate the sin" part, which to me is the more important part of the "love the sinner, hate the sin" quote. I am assuming then, that they must like the homosexual lifestyle.

Was this a command from Jesus Himself, or was it just a suggestion…?

Does cherry-picking a verse about a specific “abomination” from an old covenant (the Law of Moses) that is no longer in effect…and hasn’t been in effect for 2000 years, and that never ever applied to anyone other than the ancient Israelites to begin with…square up with Jesus’ New Covenant command above…?

If someone is prejudiced or bigoted or hates someone else for whatever reason...homosexuals in this instance…that's their business. Especially when they're honest enough to admit that that's what it is. At least they're honest about it. Others choose to weaponize cherry-picked old covenant Bible verses to justify their prejudice and bigotry and hatred of certain others...homosexuals in this instance…hidin' behind the shield of Christianity and doin' the exact opposite of what Jesus Himself did and taught.

Apostle John said that those who profess to be walking in the light…while hating others…are still in darkness themselves. Was Apostle John wrong about that…?
Unfortunately, this is the typical perversion of love that so pervades all of modern society.
It fails to recognize WHO our love should be directed towards and WHO is a ravenous wolf intent on devouring the innocent.

For example, when Elijah chopped off the heads of the priests of Baal, the priests were receiving justice and Elijah was loving the people who were victimized by those ravenous wolves.

Elijah was assumed bodily into Heaven. I don't think that's going to happen to anyone here, no matter their Woke posturing.

Seems perfectly logical to believe that the crime in the OP was a crime and the perp ought to be brought up on capital murder charges AND that the political forces aligned around sexual perversions of many sorts are degrading our culture and spell the end of our republic.

I fail to see how this stance is “mean” or “inhumane” or whatever it’s being called. Certainly not self contradictory.

It seems to me that the Boomer generation was the last that had little toleration for homosexuals.

The Boomers that I grew up around didn't have much use for them.

For that matter, it wasn't Boomers that were the driving force behind the short lived Libertarian movement.

Most Boomers I know are Nationalists. They might not know that there's a term that describes them as Nationalists,....but Nationalists they are.

It's the younger people who are coming up with all the crazy schitt these days. The Boomers had some crazy schitt a long time ago,....but it wasn't nearly as crazy as the schitt the young people are putting out there these days,....and the Boomers eventually grew out of theirs.

I'm not holding my breath until the young people these days grow out of their crazy bullshit.

It seems to me as if it's firmly entrenched in their DNA.

I have and do fugk up on such a continual and consistent basis that I cant imagine any creator wanting to have anything to do with me? Yet my existence is so much more blessed than I could have ever imagined for myself, Go Figure? We are shown so much in the way of grace by our creator that I cant imagine him not expecting us to pay it forward.
My man. I can relate. Wholeheartedly. I am glad that God didn't get out the Old Testament and thump a cherry-picked verse in my face and say "I don't think so” pertaining to me. I’m glad that God’s grace isn’t reserved for ‘good people’; and I’m glad that His grace isn’t earned ~ it’s offered. And I’m ‘so’ glad that God opted for forgiveness and grace and mercy, rather than justice and fairness.

Yep. I’m glad that we get to choose whether or not we follow Jesus. And I’m glad that being a sinner doesn’t disqualify one from following Jesus ~ it’s a prerequisite. Jesus made it crystal clear that the more conscious and aware we are of what God has yet to do in us, then the less critical we are of what He has yet to do in others.

Read the parable of the Prodigal son.

There's a lot of us Prodigal sons out there these days.
