Does Twitter require some form of License from the Government (FCC?) to operate?

The government wants to solve problems? The government is what causes most of the serious problems in this country. They aren't out to solve anything. Biggest self licking ice cream cone ever invented. They break everything, sell themselves as the solution to fix the very problems that they created, steal your money to pay for those solutions, then pat themselves on the back for being our saviors.
Progressives are the most open minded, tolerant, and inclusive people on the planet, as long as you agree with everything they say, and do exactly as you're told.
