Winter is coming, time to think about warm boots.

My father and his close friends are just about done hunting in any capacity that requires them to do much walking. It's a heated tree stand for them for the most part from now on so they are selling off some of their cold weather boots. I sold some in a previous thread last year, and now some more of the older guys from their deer hunting group are having me sell some of their boots. There are eight pairs total. They are listed smaller to larger in size, Schnee's first, Hoffman's after the Schnee's. Date and time stamp replied here and in PM's will be honored by first to respond following typical campfire etiquette.

All the boots have been meticulously maintained, I think they spent more time polishing the boots than wearing them.

I went over them, cleaned them, and treated them with a fresh coat of Obenauf's. You can see some of the white spots or chalky looking residue on the boots. That is the bees wax in the Obenauf's that has dried. It will wear off when the boots are worn. You can see in some of the pictures a little of the Obenauf's around the lace hooks.

All boots will be shipped insured. I can take postal money orders, PayPal friends and family, CashApp, or Venmo as payment.

Pair number 1.

Schnee's Buffalo leather Hunter II 13" size 8. These are really nice, they were pricey when they were offered by Schnee's. They are no longer on their website since the pandemic. $250 shipped.

Pair number 2.

Schnee's Hunter II 10" size 9. The leather is marked size 8, but they were up sized one size to size 9 when they were rebuilt at the end of season last year. The size of the rubber bottom is also marked in the rubber bottom so you can see the size 9 when you look inside. The boots had new bottoms put on them near the end of last season. They were returned from Schnee's rebuild and have been rebuilt and reconditioned. They were worn once or twice since the rebuild, but mainly to sit in a stand so the bottoms are essentially new. The thinsulate liners were misplaced and are not shown in the pictures. I ordered new liners yesterday so they will ship with new liners in them. $225 shipped.

Pair number 3.

Schnee's Black Buffalo leather Hunter II 13" size 9. These are really nice, they were pricey when they were offered by Schnee's. They are no longer on their website since the pandemic. $250 shipped.

Pair number 4.

Schnee's Extreme 13" size 10. $250 shipped.

Pair number 5.

Schnee's Extreme 13" size 12. $250 shipped.

Pair number 6.

Hoffman Felt Voyager 10" size 10. These are mine. They are new and never worn outside, I walked around the house a bit trying them for size. I tried on a size 11 and they were too big so I ordered a size 10 and they are too small. I had to get a size 11 and add an insole to them to shrink them a half size. These were special ordered with a size 9 leather upper and a size 10 rubber bottom. I like my boots to fit a little tighter through the ankle which is why I ordered them this way. Since they were special ordered, I couldn't return them. $200 shipped.

Pair number 7.

Hoffman Double Insulated Mountaineer 12" size 11. These come with new felt liners. $200 shipped.

can you send additional pictures of #4 and the amount of wear to both the soles and leather. Thinking they will be on the warm side and maybe heavy for lots of walking? In the Market for hunters but need size 10 unless the 9's are roomy and 13 " high. We have several creeks to cross and 10" boots don't always cut it and I'm getting old and not very tolerant of wet feet early mornings.

I just went and looked. Hoffman calls their airbob soles 'claw lugs'. Is that what these have? Will you take regular paypal?

I love my Schnee’s. I paid a heck of a lot more than he’s asking. If you need great winter boots jump on these.

I am a new member and cannot send PMs with my level of access.

I am interested in one of your pairs of boots.

Can you text me at 5zero1-two69-six366?

Thanks
