Staying under 20 carbs is how I lost the weight.
I’ve started eating more carbs, but try to stay under 50. I am eating 7 prunes a day, and blowing my whole carb budget:( If I ate seven prunes every day, I’d blow more than my carb budget 😱
What fresh Hell is this?
