My daughter lived in Germany for 10 years and she and her (German) hubby moved back to live close to us in January of this year, and I get to see the Grandkids as often as I want. Score!
Anyhoo, she was telling about this Thermomix machine that is so popular in Europe. I did a little research and decided to get one. Expensive (about $1500.00) but hugely versatile, with a very good app for thousands of recipes from all over the world. From crepes to lemonade to ice cream to Indian food to baking bread.
Don’t regret the purchase, except my waistline may change a little.
