TRO on 114PORTLAND, Ore. — A state circuit court judge has granted an injunction against Oregon's Measure 114 on Tuesday, just hours after a federal judge denied a motion that sought to block the ballot measure's ban on high-capacity gun magazines.
Circuit Court Judge Robert Raschio in Harney County ruled in favor of a temporary restraining order on the grounds that the measure would infringe on their right to bear arms because they would be "unable to lawfully purchase a firearm or bear a magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition."
The challenge was one of several brought forth against the measure, which narrowly passed in the midterm election and was set to go into effect Thursday. It would require anyone purchasing a new firearm to get a permit through state and county law enforcement agencies, take a training course and do a background check. Dude so many people have you on ignore, it's pretty easy to miss what you post. I mean, easier than it used to be anyway.  Not to mention the fact that no one gives a schit penny what he posts.

Buncha guys got the red ass over Burns. LOL Another poster I really don't know what all the uproar is about. I keep finding myself in this position. Don't pay attention I guess. ???
I like that Burns hunts and shoots. And shoots like a house-a-fire. Hell of a lot of guys here could take a cue from that, if nothing else. Why is it the guys that are the most butthurt over Burns are the ones that never do anything? LOL

This measure is just unbelievable and it seems to get worse and worse with restrictions as times goes on.
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.
