I’m seeing what I think are post-bankruptcy Remington M-700 ADL rifles on gunbroker.com. These guns are new in the box, mostly the 24” matte blued variant, but I keep running across a NIB 20” Youth/Compact version in 243.
And of course remarms.com doesn’t list it.
Do any of you gunwriter types know anything about this? Any chance they’ll come out in 308? Or do we have to wait for SHOT 2023?
Thanks,
Okie John
If Montana had a standing army, a 270 Win with Federal Blue Box 130's would be the standard issue.

Yeah I seen several ADL's on the internet and they are new guns apparently. Both the 24" and 20" variant. I think if you look on GB you will see the 308. I been thinking about getting one to leave at my mom's home out of town. But being this is the ADL maybe they are not as accurate. FWIW these are retailing about $550ish and its only $200 or $250 more for a much better rifle. But I need to get something to leave at my mom's home. I think all of these ADL were from companies that had them and not list them and are doing so now.
And no I am not a gunwriter lol.

I've seen the 24" guns but I'm interested in a 20" 308 that doesn't have a heavy barrel.
I've owned a couple of ADLs and they both shot well. "ADL" means that it has a blind magazine instead of a floor plate, not that the rifle is built to a lower standard of mechanical quality.

RemArms is slowly bringing guns back into the market from what I've seen. Some ADLs, a few CDLs, and most recently the LRH in 7 PRC and 30-06, when it comes to rifles. Shotguns seem to be in a holding pattern. All I've seen have been 870s - Fieldmaster - which is closer to an Express than a Wingmaster in fit and finish.
Not sure what their (RemArms) mentality is or the ryhme/reason to the order of (re)introduction.
I never thought I'd grow up to be a grumpy old man, but I did, and I'm killin' it.
