A 335 HC over 296 to 1550 fps is the load I carried in my 6" M83 for backpacking in Alaska. It can be loaded heavier, but the loading gate tends to flip open under recoil.
The 250 XTP load accounted for it's 15th javelina last Friday here in Arizona at about 70 yards.
