Didn’t the Clinton Global Initiative collect some billions of dollars for Haiti? They were going to start a cellular phone company IIRC. This sounds almost like that money never made it there, like it just disappeared into thin air.

There's a few decent Haitians. I know when they would riot in the camps on gitmo, good ones... supposedly, would point out the trouble makers so we could go in and get them.
I think they are below 3rd world. Nasty bastards and we had to put Marines in the showers so they wouldn't start gang raping other men. Glad I never drew that duty.
We referred to the riots as stress relieving actions.

I had a Haitian taxi driver in Orlando some years back. He really hated the Clinton's. He said the Clinton's where running a child trafficking ring kidnapping their kids and taking them off the Island to be used. I asked how they got them off the island and he said they had a submarine. I thought it was some of the craziest tin foil hat stuff I'd heard.
Then the epstein thing came out big and it turns out his girlfriend is licensed to pilot a submarine. Then it comes out that bidens brother owns an island not too far from epstein that used to be a British sub base in ww2. Nothing like filling in the gaps on a crazy conspiracy. I need more tin foil for my hat.
