Have any of you been keeping up with the Eastman trial? I’m hoping he wins as I do not believe he has done anything wrong, but we will wait to see what the judge does.

Agreed- Freedom of speech and that of association aren't crimes, and he apparently had no part in the- um- "rally" .
You will notice the Dem operative involvement in the lawsuit... More of the Palin-harrassment type BS. One, or a small group of Libs trying to undo the will of the people.

Eastman "WINS" and will serve. Superior Court Judge Jack McKenna issued the ruling Friday after overseeing a trial this month in the case against Republican state Rep. David Eastman. The decision can be appealed.
