11 year old started it off.




Off the smoker. Used a bottom round and a top round.

Little cracker, a bit of black pepper Cooper cheese (can only buy this back east ant the deli counters unless you were the engineer on the production line), and a dab of whole seed mustard makes a good afternoon snack.
