Roy, the 99E is a good candidate for after-market engraving. The engraver doesn't have to work around the cartridge counter window.

I have a 1956 99 featherweight in 243 win. I am in need for a stock and forearm. The buttock was cut down too 11 1/2" lop and the forearm appears to have 3 attempts at installing a front sling swivel . This rifle is in beautiful condition less the wood and want to get this thing back in fighting condition.
