SpaceX launched the first 54 second generation Starlink satellites last night in the wee hours. You can watch a replay of it HERE

The final one will be from Vandenberg SFB. SpaceX will launch the EROS C3 high-resolution Earth-imaging satellite for ImageSat International, an Israeli remote sensing company. EROS C3 was built by Israel Aerospace Industries and will collect optical multispectral imagery. The Falcon 9’s first stage booster will return to Landing Zone 4 at Vandenberg Space Force Base. Launch is set for 10:58 pm Thursday Pacific time (1:58 am Friday Eastern) Watch it live or replay at spacex.com

They'll start again on Jan 2. Details of that to come.

That was the 61st launch of the year for SpaceX and the 160th safe landing of a booster. Next one is currently set for Jan 2, and it will be a busy month for SpaceX.

Jim can relax a bit. Most of the January launches are non-Starlink.

SpaceX will probably launch 100 rockets next year. They have, from what I understand now, a backlog of Starlink satellites to launch. 3-4 Falcon Heavy launches, the Starship/Superheavy should launch in January. They are busy. NASA is studying the possibility of using a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft to rescue the Russians with their leaky Soyuz.

They plan TWO Falcon Heavy launches in late Jan or soon after. Those would be the ones to REALLY get your ribs rattled.
