Had to take a quick trip to see a guy. I usually try to come and go everywhere via the dirt township two-track that runs for a mile or so through our property. Never know what you'll see............
Crappy cell phone pic at about 200 yards, but, you get the idea.
Looks like you have some targets for the spring. Looks cold as well. Warming up a little here today but still have snow in the yard and woods from Friday.
I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects
I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....
I haven't seen as many longbeards this fall as we typically winter, here. Last year was a dozen or so. This year the most I've seen in one bunch has been 7 (on THAT property. Saw 11 here from the house the other day). Guess I'll know in late February or early March.
It's actually balmy today. 11 degrees when I got up. Around 36 degrees when that pic was taken. Probably close to 40 now. End of last week and the weekend SUCKED. But it sucked across most of the country, so.........
Ain't it funny how some Lying Fat Chump thinks he's special because because he spies what is really just a big, wild chicken on farms and goes and guns them off their roosts far in excess of his need? The kind of Lying Fat Chump that would literally destroy his reputation across the entire hunting internet because he thinks his admittedly decorative, but really nothing more than, squeaky wooden boxes and wooden tubes that are knock offs of other people's designs and which any kid in wood shop class with a little practice could make make in a couple of hours makes him some sort of a turkey hunting god? What a fugging loser someone like that is. That same Lying Fat Chump couldn't kill a bird if he didn't know where it was first, and had to go miles into a forest and try and coax them from places unseen, across swamps, into range.
A Lying Fat Chump like that, IMO, is the biggest puzzy on the internet.
and you got to have a 10ga. with # 2.7 size shot in a 4.5 in. shell left handed on sunday at 9>am only
10 gauge? Why not just step on up to an 8 gauge? Here's a source for full brass empties. I'm sure MEC builds a 600 Jr for the 8 gauge! Maybe even a 6 gauge!
