A man of vision......sorry to say.....

He was a seer of the 1st degree.

Don't forget the most important tool that Orwell described for keeping the masses in line. War...unending war, yes a phony war from the Ministry of Truth, but what the masses fear and believe is more important than reality...hell, it is reality. Fear the middle east...war on terror, fight them there or fight them here, ok, but we got tired of that, Ministry of Truth shifted locale, fear the Russians...they are taking over the world, Ukraine is just a stepping stone...the Russians will swim here and get us...oooh let's pump up NATO and the Ukraine with money, arms...let's take it to the Russians. A war every year since 1945, 40 million dead, and the Ministry of Truth is the only thing that can save you. Orwell was just brilliant.

This Superbowl commercial made me think of Nineteen-eighty-four.

THX1138 with Robert Duval is similar. But, nothing beats Orwell.

Truth.

Orwell was a good observer. Anyone that studied history can see, he didn’t present anything new. He just observed that everything old is new again.

We are not the first that failed to learn from history...
And we will not be the last to repeat it.

If One Considers that the Human Species is not Immune to the same Fate of Empires then it’s probable that Orwell is of no use to US ..

We already have seen this Probability..

Psychopaths are at every level in the World ..
