Except they mislabeled 8133 as 8933 and that’s also the only powder they don’t list a powder that it can replace. I have a pound of this and the list of cartridges with load data is all over the place and they don’t list the two I’d like some data for, 300WSM and 338 Win Mag.

I agree War Eagle. Just as I was liking 8133 and needing to purchase more after it showed promise, no more. I can’t pick ‘em. At least my Razorbacks whipping KU so far tonight in Liberty bowl. SEC.

I’ve had success replacing the 4350s with IMR4451 and the 4831s with IMR4495. I have IMR4166 I’ve not tried yet. I’m still hoping they reverse course on it and keep manufacturing.
It may be a tad slower. The deer in AL haven’t seemed to mind.
I like that it’s supposedly temp stable and less fouling. But margarine was also supposedly a healthy alternative. LOL!!!

I came across 5 pounds of imr 8133. Bought it all. Found a place online that said it was similar to retumbo. Anyone confirm this.

IIRC, I used 65 grains with a 140 gr accubond in my 264 a couple of years ago. Never chronoed it. Have about 2 lbs left

yeah, I know they stopped making it - probably forever. Seems that it is a secret powder as nobody around me is buying it, so it is on the shelves.

8133 has been excellent in a couple of different 7mm Rem Mags I've loaded. Accuracy and velocity...
Sigh...
