Does the lighted reticle stay crisp in total darkness? I might get this for my predator rifle. My current Sig Hellfire reticle looks more like a lighted piece of broccoli, than a dot(in the dark). We use red lights. Also, I need it to be able to be really dim. Thanks

Yes sir it does, it is dim enough to use and to me green reticles are much easier to use in dim conditions than red. All of my illuminated scopes are green for this reason, may be personal preference though.
