I finished the last can of Copenhagen 3 weeks ago and it's not been to bad. Now my focus is to gain back the strength I loss with the knee injury/surgery and shoulder injury/surgery. Bought a Bowflex Ultimate 2 for $100 last week so I'm on track. Hope it doesn't end up being a clothes hanger. ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ
