Beef ribs just on the drum smoker.

It is how the grocery store sold them. It was painful to see them in the store that way as we normally do full plate ribs. But they were priced right and this is the first of 5 package we picked up! They do cook faster, you get seasoning and more bark on the meat this way.

I did the same ..but with sauerkraut and diced tomatoes for 5 hours ....899 a pound in these parts but they've been cutting a lot off prime rib so I picked some up that actually had meat on them...
